Default things to look out 4

guys, im almost set on a 99 eclipse spyder GS deal. wud like to know if there are some things that i ought to check out before finalising it. any known issues with this model n make n stuff like that.

well GS's CANNOT make more than 200 HP with out basicly rebuilding the block and even then you cant get close to the potential a GST or a GSX. but if you really want it, check every thing from leaking oil, on the engine to how it sounds when it run. and make sure you drive it. im sure someone will come behind me telling you that GS's are known for blowing head gaskets so watch out for that. so spend some time with a flash light and look it over and drive the heck of the car when you test drive it

Remember, the GS and the GS Spyder have different engines.
