Default throttle cable

i was wanting to know how to adjust the throttle cable on a gst. the cable is loose and becuase of that i cannot go wot. can someone please tell me how to tighten it. all our posts will be greatly appreciated.

Here's a pic of what you need to adjust.

Loosen the two bolts circled in white, then move the bracket back and forth until you the cable nice and tight....not so tight that your throttle plate won't close all the way.
