A couple more questions:

1. Where exactly is the AC tensioner puller bracket?

2. Do I really have to remove the wheel? (so that I can work throught the wheel well?) Is this necessary? I can't find the stupid wheel "key" to remove my wheel...

3. How exactly does the lower timing belt cover come off? I broke a piece off it (the lower timing belt cover)? Should I buy another piece? Is it really necessary? I already took off the motor mount and and bolts...

I cant answer most of that... however i will tell you that if you dont have the timing belt coverd up on the lower end of it where its possible that anything come come up and hit it... or disrupt it. If its possible that anything could get in there... then get another.

I thought I posted an answer to this one the other day...I guess not, lol.
1)The tensioner pulley for the a/c is on the a/c. Just look down there, it's in the back by the firewall.
2)You don't have to remove the wheel, but it would make it a hell of a lot easier to work on, think about it and the area that you will be working on. Look in your engine bay and plan it out, you'll see why I've made those recommendations. It will be very tough and a huge PITA without removing the driver's side wheel.
3)Sebba's right, you really should have the cover on because of the fact that these motors are interferrence motors and even a skipped tooth can be hazardous.

Awesome, thanks man. But you can you describe how the Ac tensioner looks. I really have no idea how it looks, and also where exaclty it is? (like behind the driver side down low, or driver side about halfway down, etc.) Thanks man, I hope this is not too much trouble.

On the back, driver's side of the motor (that's where the a/c compressor is). It's also the only thing connected to the motor's belts back there. The pulley itself has a long bolt that, when turned, tightens the belt tension via pulley and looks just like the power steering pulley tensioner. Not only that, the a/c tensionor is just below the power steering pump (on the opposite side of course).
