I have another question. I am following the instructions of Vfaq and step 9 says to buy this tool. Do I really need this tool? Product number is: MD-998738.

the tool for the tensioner, i put an allen wrench in a pair of needle nose vise grips and used it to pull the center around to adjust it,... as long as you get the adjustment right before letting the tensioner loose you can use anything

Dah, beat me to it, lol. That's what I used also. Special tool....we don't need no stinkin' special tool! lol

Can you guys please explain that again? What exactly do I do when i put the allen wrench in there? I dont get this: "to pull the center around to adjust it." Please explain.
