I have a 95 eclipse....and the hazards and turnsignals don't work at all. I checked the fuses but can't figure out wuts up with it.

 

pull off the light and look at the harness it may need to replaced wiggle the wires around and see if they start to flash

I had the same problem with my 2000 GS and I never fixed it but thats all it was just the harness and wires
