hook it up to an oil catch can. all that excess oil is going into the turbo. not good. its called oil blow by

How is adding a catch can going to help his rings? That excess oil wont hurt his turbo, if anyhting it will lubercate it more.

alright i bought a breather filter today and i was wondering should i put it on the intake hole or the valve cover hole? Which one should i cap off?

put it on the valve cover hole, then cover the intake hole.

Yeah valve cover hole and cap the intake one if you do it backwards then you'll have a HELL of a time keeping the engine running at an idle and you'll have to powerbrake to get moving or just spin tires LOL. And it'l run like CRAP.
