valve spring compressor

anyone know what kind of valvespring compressor i need to get mine off. i have a normal overhead and it doesn't fit.

I thing you have to add on a socket to fit onto the spring. Check vfaq.com there should be a write upabt making one.

yeah with the c-clamp style, i have to find one of those, i have the standard overhead cam style.
