ive read it but i still dont see where you actually tune with it? Does it hook into a laptop or something. For the price it seems like all it does is what the SAFC does but the SAFC is much easier. Maybe im not reading it right

I have had friends talk about it. But they dont know much. It seems pretty cool though from what I have read.

Anyone heard of it or know anyone that has one?

I have heard that they are a waste of money from people who have bought them.

Its the same as an AFC II i think. However they dont really show any real details of its tuning capablity. I would stay away from it.

It's a signal modifyer, like a crude Apex AFC tuner or a chip. It's differes from a chip, in that it runs in-line of the PCM.

that is probably the best thing to do.

here is an explanation of what those "speed chips" do:

they essentially trick your ECU into thinking that the throttle is in a different position that it really is. For example, say you have the throttle pressed down 50%. these "chips" tell the ECU that you are pressing the throttle down to 75%(or whatever percentage it uses). this gives a false sense of more power. YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH THE SAME TASK BY PRESSING THE THROTTLE DOWN FURTHER YOURSELF.
