Sounds like your idle is too low. Try picking it up.

It could also be your timing is too retarded. Check both. Or as sk8 said, your mounts just gave out competly.

my idle isnt low it is actually running like it should for once, it happens when i hit the gas it isnt to bad but i notice it and i can normally tell when something is wrong with the car. i took a look at the upper engine mounts they look good. havent had any time to look at the lower ones but i am hoping that is what the problem is because i dont have the money for the timing belt right now.

ignition. check ur plugs. how long has it been since it's had a tune up? i'd personally replace the plugs, wires and coil pack. i had the same or a similar problem in my car when i first got it, replaced these 3 things and it ran like a champ.i replaced my spark plugs like 3 times and it would run good for about a day or 2 then do the same thing. pull the plug wires off the coil and see how the prongs look. mine were rusted and coroded.

welltheysaid it was vibrating, not missing or bogging down when they hit the gas. If it were bad plugs and wires etc then it would be bogging down and they wouldnt be getting the power they should. But it's just vibrating and since the idle isnt low i'm willing to bet its the mounts
