I meant when im driving the car. It wont go pass 3k rpm. It sounds like a loud Thump and feels like you're not getting power.

 

could possibly be fuel cut. Im not 100% on that though because a misfire can often be confused for fuel cut. But if it is fuel cut then it may be either an air leak, clogged fuel injectors/lines, bad fuel filter, bad fuel pump. Since you already said there is no boost leak (and im assuming you did a test to check that) then its not the air leak. So i guess start with some fuel system cleaning. This is if its fuel cut. If its just misfiring then maybe its something in the ignition system.
