Default Big idling problem

ok, here is the background. I have a 2000 Eclipse GT Fed Spec, and this weekend i swapped out my stock plenum for a Diamante VRx plenum and i blocked off the EGR tube and put a filter on the plenum where the EGR tube would connect, i also installed RC 310 injectors.

Now the car is having trouble idling, and it doesnt feel like it is picking up as fast as it used to. I was thinking that the acceleration was bogging down due to the big injectors, but i thought that the idle should stay normal. I was thinking the idle might be messing up because the plenum no longer has an EGR connection but i could be wrong.

Anyone got any ideas. Thanks in advance.

I'm going to say that if you've installed bigger injectors you may need a piggyback fuel management system. The ECU will be telling the injectors to open with the same amount of voltage that the old ones did but being bigger injectors it's actually opening more than the old ones. You're basically flooding out the engine is my guess. Not enough to kill it just enough to bog badly.
