there should be a box of fuses under the hood. that would be the only place. i think it is on the right side but dont quote me.

Uh... if any of the items you mentioned (door locks, cd player etc.) were provided with 100amps... you would have a significantly larger problem, lol.
Like Seb said... its likely gonna be a blown fuse... I dont have my 3G in front of me, but Ive had a similar problem and it was the fuses. If not, there could just be a short or something somewhere... Instead of checking the fuses by just looking at them, try replacing the key ones... such as the sunroof one and radio set of 2. Sometimes when the fuse blows its hard to see whre the "rip" is in the fuse.

how do you check fusable links? those are the ones in the colored boxes with the clear tops correct? could it be the ECU (thats the big black block thing in the engine fuse box? how do you check relays casue arnt those the black boxes that you cant tell if they are good?
