Default HVAC Control Lights Not Working

I have a 2003 GS and half the lights on the control panel have gone out. Specifically, all the lights behind the heating and air conditioning switch, and the lights behind numbers 1-3 on air strength. The rest of the control board seems to be working fine.

After driving 15 or so minutes, the lights will come back on only to not work whenever I start the car again.

I haven't been able to find whether its a problem with a fuse or a bulb that has burned out. Any help on what the problem may be would be extremely appreciated!

It turned out to be burned out bulb. I had to remove the front console and replace it within the hvac control unit... I had to disconnect it from everything which was a freaking pain. Tweezers will be very handy for doing this.
