Intake Manifold

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to take the intake manifold off of a 3g eclipse, because i think i have to in roder to change the spark plugs.

no need to buy one since i just linked the free online factory service manual

Thanks for all ur help guys. Finally got those iridium plugs and magnecore wires in. There pretty nice.
