Default Ticking after only one serpentine belt broke..

can anyone possibly help me, someone who's had the problem and familiar with it... I have a 2001 Eclipse GT V6 SOHC 6G72 and my alternator belt broke last night and it was still running and the broken belt wrapped its self around the crank pully, well I replaced it today and now it has a quite tick at idle and when given gas it gets louder and it sounds like it could be coming from my valve cover or my timing belt cover... can anyone possibly help me.. I removed all the old belt I could.

If there is a chunk stuck in the pulley it could make a ticking noise
