Will someone be so kind to tell me the location of the blower motor (not the resistor) on a 2007 Eclipse?

I was hoping I could access it from under the hood as opposed to through glove box/dash.

 

I doubt that you can access it from the engine compartment. It looks like they hung the heater in the air and built the rest of the car around it. It's under the dash.
