Does anyone know how much it will cost for a new antenna on a 97 Spyder GST. Mine seems broken off, but I was wondering if it goes up when you turn the radio on, or does it stay up all the time??

 

Check out the dealership or try maybe a junkyard around you.

 

If you have a power antenna, it goes up when it senses power from the remote wire of the stereo.

What do you mean when you say "Mine seems broken off"? is it or not? Or is it just not working?

If just not working... Check fuses. If there is an aftermarket stereo check wire harness conections... Did you just buy this car?

 

mine was burnt out a little while ago.. the motor ran, but the antenna didn't move. I went to the junk yard and pulled a power antenna out of a different car and put it in. works like a charm! cost about $20
