Help , I shorted the 12 volt constant!!!

Default Help , I shorted the 12 volt constant!!!

I was hooking up my remote starter on my 2001 galant and i hit the 12 volt against the back with a screwdriver and i got a big spark and now when i try to start it , i get no crank , horn works , lights work , radio is dead, heater is dead, please tell me what the hell i did and how to correct it. I checked all fuses and they are fine. Please tell me its not and expensive F@#$! up! Thanks in advance

there is a replacable fusible link under the hood a 40 amp i think

As said above, fusible link under the hood.. I think you might have to unscrew something to pull it out though...

Check ALL the fuses. If they are all okay you fried the starter relay
