ok in my datsun 280z i got a JVC (i forget the exact name) but it was their top of the line last year, a pioneer amp (750) and a 10" Eclipse Sub.... simple but what you think?

nice i have a 280z also i have a crapy system in it 2 dule10 inch 400 watt no name amp with a cheap pionere head

O.... i also have a small block 350 droped in and it runs 11s all engine it is nice and fast

i was goinbg to do the v10 cadillac motor swap but i decided i didnt want to (direct fit/swap)

Looks like a good start. I think your next move should be some upgraded mid-range speakers with seperate tweeters. The bass is nice, and having a lot of it will get you noticed, however once someone opens your card door and dosent hear the high and mid range to back up the bass... Have fun with it, a stereo system can be a lot of fun.
