Hello,

My front passenger door will not open; can't remove inside panel to sort out linkages as can't open door to do it!

Mitsubishi guys had a 'quick' go with the 'break in' tools they had but weren't able to do it!

Can anyone tell me how to get the door open please?

Thanks so much for you interest.

I happened to visit my Son-in-law yesterday in his tyre-fitting workplace. His colleague managed to remove the outer trim at the top of the door and after almost an hour of fiddling he got the door to open.

He took the panel off and found that the lock was corroded and sticking, causing all the problems.

He cleaned it all up and put 'copper slip' on it and "Hey Presto" all working.
