99 Eclispe 2.0 timing belt slipped

Default 99 Eclispe 2.0 timing belt slipped

My 2.0 jumped time. Is it possible that the valves will not be bent. The car will not start though. Also can you change the belt without pulling the motor out of car>

yes you can you change the belt without pulling the motor out of car put a belt on it and see if it runs
