OK... so i don't knwo why my car is doing, or what's causing it. While I'm driving, my rpm needle goes up & down..and while it goes up it feels like if im giving it gas, but I'm not. It does that from time to time, and only when I'm going slow. Once I'm on the freeway going arond 80mph is fine... anyone had this problem before!!!

Sounds like the IAC or the Throttle position sensor.
