engine rebuild
hi guys, recentley bought a evo engine for my evo 5,
bought the engine off some 1 off another site, engine was stripped check by my local machine shop, everythink fine, till we started to put the crank together with the cradle and bearings, i found that the cradle doesnt seem to match the the block, but ive been told that it was the one off the car, when the crank and cradle are put in the block the crank locks up, bearins are std, ive checked on my old damaged engine theres is a number on the cradle that is the same as the number on the block (opposite site the the 4g63 number)
(on the new engine the numbers dont match on the block and cradle)
has any heard of any having problems with people swopping cradles???, as im sure u DONT swop them, any help would be great thabnks
