I can't get my sons car to fire. I have spark, I have compression, I don't know about fuel psi but the car won't even fire with ether. Any suggestions?

Ps. I got to the timing belt and all the timing marks line up. Could the cam positioning sensor stop the car from firing or would the car at least fire but not really start? Is 90 pounds of compression enough to let the car at least fire?

Ok I got a Chilton manual today, the motor in this car is not really covered. Apparently it is the 3.5 shoc and is not really covered in the manual. Does anybody have any info or know where I can get info to cover the sohc 3.5? I need timing and firing order info for this motor.
