Hi all. New here. My daughter just got a 2001 Galant. It had a fuel pump issue, but I found the + wire for the fuel pump spliced by the previous owner and fixed that. Now, the gauges and turn signals stopped working. They did work before. I have checked all the fuses. They are good. I cant find any other wiring issues. It does have a bad alternator though. can that cause my problems?

No thoughts at all? I changed the alt again today. No luck. Can the PCM cause a no charge issue and the gauges not to work? Any ideas would be helpful.
