I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Galant with 36000 miles and yesterday morning I moved it from my garage to the driveway no problem. Started perfectly and everything. When I tried to restart it, it wont turn over. My odometer numbers are flashing, and my prestige alarm is going off. The only way to make it stop is by turning the key half way. I have no radio power or window power. The battery is putting out 12 v and my alternator 14. So what could it be? Any ideas would help a ton!!!

Clean and re-install battery terminals really tight. Check ground and other power cables for damage/corrosion. Test the battery using special tester, not just multimeter. Likely your battery needs replacement if anything else is looking good.

 

if your battery is ok, this is your battery terminals problem.
