i have an idle that goes up and down when sitting still. started all the time after i cleaned throttle body. tried new iac. did not help. does anyone have any direction to point me in?

 

Try cleaning the throttle body again and disconnect the battery for a few minutes then reconnect it. That should reset the computer and force it to redetect all the sensors and possibly knock any sensor glitches out. If that doesn't help let us know we'll see what we can do from there.
