and about the idea that it might be an 02 sensor. I dont think a bad 02 will do what your saying. With a bad 02 your car might misfire or run really rich. but making the idle fluctuate isnt caused by that

Smile high rev @ 3k rpms, HELP then drops to 1.5 to 2k rpms

well it all started with the altinator surging power loss ,no 12v. replaced it. now i have a 3k very high idle, after that in a couple of mins it drops to 1500-2k rpms..i looked in the forums, an nothing or at least no right answer to the question. the ohms for the TPS is 0.58-0.62 checked..mass air flow unpluged an made it higher..im running out of options here with a new born baby only 12 days old kinda hard to just spend money when its not needed, so if anyone knows or know someone please answer my post..thanks btw i was a honda owner for some time but my wife covinced to get this so i want to make her happy an keep it, but mitsubishis are jiberish to me so any or all help would be awsome...
