i know that it is possible to convert from a 6-speed to a 5-speed but i am not sure what would be needed and how. I would just contact "NESpeed" on here because he has done something similiar with his stealth R/T.

well dont forget NESpeed did a motor swap from a 95 along with the 6 spd tranny. My guess would be yess the tranny will bolt right in but im not sure if the bottom end of the newer motor is changed any

Yes it bolts up.......but you need a list of other parts. You will need the shifter linkage, transfercase, front axles, whole rear end setup from the 94. Your 91 has a 18 spline tranny, in late 92 they changed over to 25 spline. Its not worth it in your case....sorry to tell you.
