I just purchased a used 2014 outlander sevand I am having trouble using the automatic start. The first week I got it I figured it out and it was starting when I hit function then start. Now it is all of a sudden not working. It also has not ever stopped the car when started if I was just trying to warm it up then turn it off after a few minutes. Is there a way to reset this without going to a dealership? And if not, will a dealership charge me especially if I didn’t buy the car from them? I’m extremely confused at why it won’t work and I read the manual it really only says if your not close enough which I tried standing right in front of it or if you are near a place that gives off a lot of magnetic current or something like that which I don’t. Please help
