Default Backspacing

Could someone tell me what the backspacing on my 2003 Eclipse GTS? Also, I would like to know the bolt pattern on the hub. I'm putting aftermarket wheels on it and I need to know how to order.

Well if its 5 bolts for the wheel, then your bolt pattern is 5x114.3

yes..

take a rim off, and lay it face down...take a yardstick, or anything strait and long enough to reach both side of the rim...not the tire...you want to create a level plain across the mouth of the rim....the measure from that level plane to the mounting surface of the rim. that is your backspacing.

Is the backspacing the same as offset?

The percentage of the offset is determined by the width of the rim, right?
