Brakes seized on on 2015 outlander
Wife brought the outlander (PHEV GX4H 2015) home today with smoke billowing out. Last 2 days it felt like something was binding as the engine was working harder than usual.
Let it all cool down, took it for a spin. After 600m I let it roll to a stop without braking, jumped out and burned my fingers off both front discs (rears were warm, but not as much). Brakes seem to be seized fully on.
2 days ago when i thought something was binding, I put it in neutral while driving and it seemed to roll along fine.
There was a tiny bit of a squeel from brakes on full left lock and every now and again a little squeel that would go away with a touch of the brake pedal. It got new brakes all around a few months ago.
Any ideas?

You might get more responses in the Outlander thread, it seems to get more traffic.
