Eclipse has NO power

Eclipse has NO power

2001 3.0 automatic
Idles low, like 400 rpm.
Barely moves.
No smoke
Throttle plate opens,
Cams timed to crank ok
What should I check?
Fuel pressure? Clogged cat?

Turned out to be bent plate in dist, throwing off timing...
