i have a 2010 Lancer with a 5-sod manual. Replaced the original battery on Wednesday with the proper Optima Redtop. My car has gone crazy ain't the last two days. Ignition system seems fine but wipers, lights, instruments, and radio go off with all sorts of check warnings. Had the battery and alternator checked. Both performing correctly.

Anyone experience this?
