My girl's 2000 gs eclipse is having electrical problems. We put a new battery and starter on it, and it still wont turn over. Before the dash lights would come on, the starter would just click,and now the car has none electrical power and there is nothing when the ignition is turned over. Has anyone ever had this problem and what was the solution.

 

It sounds like a completely dead battery.... did it had this problem before the battery swap? new ignition right? how is your alternator, was working fine before?
