Default Entire fan assembly vs. One part

I have a 2005 Mitsubishi Outlander. Can anyone tell me if I have to purchase the entire fan assembly to get this one part or if I can get it separately? Also, what the heck is this part called?

Go to the dealer and SHOW it to them. they are the only one that have that part.

always use two fan not one. your car was designed to be have 2 not 1.
if you out one fan. Your car will over heat.
