Exclamation Front Brake Caliper Rubbing on Hub

I recently rotated my tires and discovered that the front brake calipers were rubbing up against the hub, the brakes don't make any noise but I am curious as to what can cause this to happen and if there is a way to fix it. As you can see in the picture i need to replace my tie rods.

Is there play in the hub bearing? If the hub is worn that bad it likely is growling pretty bad. How long have the rotors been on there are they recent, maybe the wrong part.

Ditto what AMITSU said...if the bearing was worn that much or was that loose, you would hear the growling of the bearing or the wrong parts are installed.

Are there matching wear signs on the brake pad or caliper, that will be an obvious clue. What does the other side look like? Does it show the same type of grooving.

There is no growling, both front brakes have the same grooving. After looking closer at the brakes i noticed there is wear on the brake pads and not the calipers in the same area.
