Fuel average Manual reset mode not working/Staying
I have a 2014 RVR and I noticed that every time the car starts after 4+ hrs of sitting the Average Fuel calculator in the dash readout resets. As annoying as this is, this is normal according to the manual. So I read up how to change it to manual reset mode by applying the hand brake and then holding the display option button to get into the settings. I can get it into manual reset mode, problem is when you turn the car off and then back on it goes into auto reset mode again
. Whoever designed this at MITSU should have some sense slapped into them. The reason I want to set it to manual is because the readings im getting are very inaccurate (2.0L 4cyl getting 64L/100 KM) when ever I start driving. My last car was always manual( 2005 altima). Anyone else have this issue and know a way around this? Thanks
