I have a 2012 Outlander Sport with the Nav system. My cell phone is a Motorola Razr Maxx. Everything works except I cannot hang up from a phone call using the steering wheel button - unless the car is parked when I make the call. It is really weird. My husband and daughter's phones both work. But if I am driving, I cannot disconnect a phone call. I can hang up on the "assistant's voice" but once the call connects, I'm stuck. Ideas anyone? My dealer is at a loss. According the Fuse, my phone should work. I have already done a factory reset on the phone which did not solve the issue.
