Default How to remove pins from side mirror harness?

I'm trying to get the pins out of these harnesses for the side mirrors on my Mitsubishi Outlander. What is the trick here? I tried pushing a thin, sharp metal screwdriver into seemingly every hole and tugging, but they are in stuck in there well.

Does the white casing need to be removed first? Do these harnesses have a name? It says PBT-GP15 on the side, but that's the type of plastic used, I believe. Any help or tips are appreciated.

Did you ever manage to do this? Its my job for the weekend as I have had to replace the whole motor due to mirror having a big hit from a van. (it smashed the mounting).

Hello! Yes, actually. Thank you for asking.

If my memory serves me right (it's been some time), I just needed a smaller screw driver (almost the size of a needle, IIRC). That little screwdriver gets inserted into the back pin you want to remove and there is some location / latch that can get unlocked → the pin pulls out smoothly.

If my memory serves me right.

Thanks, I have various little picks and a set of connector re-pin tools, so will give it a go this weekend.
Such a pain that the hole in the motor is so small, when googling for solutions I found many manufacturers either run the wires alongside the motor, or they have a large hole in the motor that has space the connector to go through intact!
