Back to revving to hear the leak... you cant rev the car for a boost leak, mainly because you dont spool up on a rev and at 7000RPMs how do you expect to hear a leak anyway. John that was a dumb sugestion really and wont get you any where and feel around for air isnt going to do it either you need a leak test because there is no doubt it has to be leaking somehwere.

I agree to look closely at the BOV flange\BOV that area is one of the more common ones to see a boost leak problem...if not that then usually rubber couplers are next

If the blow off valve flange wasnt leaking on the regular intercooler why would it leak for the aftermarket one? because im using the same flange

well correct me if I am wrong but you have New IC pipes? which means you had to weld on the BOV flange to the new piping. any weld can be leaking any coupler can be as well that is why I say the BOV flange because that commonly is the only weld you have and if the weld is bad then the boost might leak

Well since you cant get to your car, and you keep shooting down every ones suggestion, this thread is closed till you can get to your car and try what everyone has suggested. Or at least be more open minded, and get some pictures and more details about the work that you had done. PM me when you have some new news and details.
