Greetings,

I went to turn on my heat for the first time this year, clicked it over to 3. It started running then poof, out.

First I changed the blower fan, then when that did not work I changed the 'resistor' (there was a crack in it). However, It still is not working. The only other thing is the switch, but wanted to ask options before doing so. I hooked a multimeter up to the blower fan wire connector, and I am getting 12v.

Any suggestions? Fuse im missing?

Check your grounds from the blower motor.
