Unhappy i really need help

I have a 92 Eclipse that just put another transmission in and I have it running but now you can hear a series of clicks and I lose power for a lil bit and my CD player turns off then comes back on? I don't know what is causing it to do that. The clicking sounds like it's coming from under the passenger side of the dash I really need some help with pinning the problem down

Glad to hear it was an easy cheap fix.

Arcing electricity is a fire waiting to happen, especially with the amperage your alternator pumps out.
