My service engine light has been on for a week. Any idea on how I can reset this? since i know there is no problem at this time?

 

Try disconnecting the battery for about 10-15 minutes

 

yes disconnect the battery but you only need to for around 30 seconds. 15 minutes and your giong to wipe out your fuel trims and your car will run crappy for a few days. but if it comes back you need to find the problem
