Have a 2001 Eclipse, 6 cyl, manual. Starter does nothing with turning key. Pulled the starter and it works fine. Problem started as intermitent. Now nothing. Car jumps fine on hill. Appears key is not powering solonoid. any suggestions on relays or methods of tracing fault. Looked at ignition fuses and they're good. Well if you have no power at the solenoid, check the starter relay and see if you have power in start there.
