Default Sunroof

Hi. I am having difficulty with my electric sunroof. The motor sounds like it is working but the window won't open. I think the cable might be broken or snapped. If you know how to get it open to have a look or any other tips send them my way. I drive a 1992 Pajero GLS. Ta!

try taking the glass piece out and then observe the arms that move the sunroof on each side. I had the same problem and it turned out that on one side the arm got disaligned. its kinda hard to explain but if u take the glass out and see anything that looks wrong it will be obvious and it fixed the problem.

Just try to push the button the same time as trying to push up on the sunroof...

I had a 94 civic and it got stuck so i did that and hit it kinda hard with my hand and it worked ever since.

hitting it is what you DONT want to do. there are sensivitve parts up there and you can easily break something. pushing on it a little while holding down the button to give it a boost might help, but dont hit it. To take it off,yes there are just screws on each side inside the car
