Default Timing my '92 1.8

The tensioner went in my Eclipse recently and I will be attempting to time it today but I have no idea how to time that car.

Can anyone help... please?

[&o] Actually, no.... but I will have help from someone who knows what they're doing... but neither of us know how to time this particular car.

I guess what I really need to know is how the dimples line up on the crankshaft and camshaft gear in reference to the timing....
