What's the no throttle and WOT voltage readings for TPS supposed to come out to key on engine off? Thanks!

There are no WOT TPS specs- only closed throttle. Generally, it should be between 400-1000mv with the CTS ON. Once its set to closed throttle specs- it should sweep evenly from closed throttle to WOT without any dips or spikes in voltage. Good Luck!
