Default Turbonator?

My 2003 Galant ES needs more pep(w/o the $$$$ for now.)
The "G" has a K&N cold air and a Vibrant exhaust.(2 1/2in front to back)
Any suggestions for what's next? What about this "Turbonator" unit?

No idea what a turbonator is but if it is one of those eBay wannabe turbo but not turbo gimmiks I would pass on that. What about a cam gear? Cheap but not much gains even when you tune it. At your stage I would think of maybe a header but it is not cheap and again gains are not that much.

i wouldnt say cheap and easy since it costs $300-500 just for the setup, then you gotta take the bottle out and fill it up all the time.

I heard that the Turbonator thing does absolutely nothing at all. This is from some Saab driving friends that didn't have turbo Saabs and they said that it didn't do anything at all. No faster acceleration and no better fuel milage so I would say don't waste $60 on that save up some more money and get an ECU/ECM upgrade, or just upgrade your fuel injection system (injectors, fuel pump, fuel lines... ect)
