Urgent : how much ATF to add in my emergency

how much atf(minimum) to add once overheat warning comes on
For a 2000 montero sport 4x4 : ASeat of the pants amount ( in oz)needed by those that have a fair idea as to the rough estimate/answer. Q-1 How many ounces of ATF sp3 ,approx is there required from a low position( where my "N" neutral started flashing), to the full mark on the ATF dipstick). And how many oz of over fill is likely not a problem for a 25 mile run at 2000 rpm. This is a short emergency in which I have to use this vehicle in a a few hours and I have no other options. If I ruin it as a result of over/under fill, then so be it. I have no other options. I need to be able to dump enough all at once and go. Ans asap thx.
